Cold Plunge 101 is a small-group 60 minute experience designed to introduce you to the power of cold plunging. Attendees will learn about the history and benefits of cold plunging as well as what to expect before, during and after a cold plunge. You will then get an opportunity to take a 2-3 minute cold plunge and deeply connect with your mind, body and breath. Expert cold plunge coaching will be provided by the instructor as well as support and encouragement from your fellow plungers to create a transformational wellness experience.
Notes: Class size limited to 6 people. Wear or bring a bathing suit and a change of clothes. Baggie for wet clothes and fresh towel provided.
If you’ve been thinking about taking your first cold plunge or just want to get back into the tub after a break, private one-on-one cold plunge coaching may be just what you need. In this 20-minute, you’ll learn how to prepare for the plunge by utilizing the power of mindset, breathwork and body awareness. Once you’re in the tub, the instructor will tune into your needs and provide continual coaching to ensure you receive the benefits of the plunge by staying immersed in the 50° water for 2-3 minutes. Tips on how to integrate cold plunging into your routine after the coaching session will also be provided.
