Cancellation Policy

At Juniper Yoga & Fitness, we value your time, our teachers’ time, and the integrity of our community. To keep things fair and flowing smoothly for everyone, please review and honor the following cancellation policy:

• All class cancellations must be made at least 2 hours before the scheduled start time.
• Cancellations made less than 2 hours before class are considered late cancels and will result in:

• Loss of the class (for class package holders) or
• A $20 late cancel fee (for unlimited members).

• No-shows are treated the same as late cancels.
• This policy helps us honor our teachers’ preparation and gives waitlisted students the opportunity to join.

Package Terms

• All class packages are non-transferable and may only be used by the original purchaser.
• Refunds are available within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days, all sales are final and non-refundable.
• After 30 days, studio credit may be issued only at the discretion of management and in special cases (e.g., medical emergency with documentation).
• Expiration dates apply to all packages. If you need more time, a one-time, 2-month extension is available for a $99 fee.
